Hello, in this post I will be talking about my favourite dish called Barbecue. I know it’s not really a dish but it’s still is my favourite meal, because it’s usually a gathering of friends or family members and that is the aspect which seperates it from other meals for me.
During a barbeque the main focus of the meal lies on the meat, which is cooked on a barbeque grill, this grill is heated by charcoal or wood. Next to the meat you usually eat something cold like cold pasta or cold potatoes. In addition to the meat and pasta people often eat vegetables and baguettes. There is no real recipe because everyone prefers something different.
